In 2008 QA implemented an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.   Our system was certified by, is registered with, and audited annually by, Orion Registrar, Inc. headquartered in Arvada, Colorado, USA.  Our certificates are available for our clients to see anytime.

What is ISO?  It is the International Organization for Standardization.

What is ISO 9001:2008?  It is a family of standards for quality management systems.

What are the requirements?  They are:

•  A set of procedures that cover all key processes
   in the business
•  Monitoring processes to ensure they are
•  Keeping adequate records
•  Checking output for defects, with appropriate and
   corrective action where necessary
•  Regularly reviewing individual processes and the
   quality system itself for effectiveness
•  Facilitating continual improvement

Our Policy & Goal is Client Gratification.  This is achieved by providing excellent products and services, on-time delivery, following the requirements of our Quality Management System and by Continual Improvement of our Quality Management System.

QA Courier Quality Objectives

We will establish realistic, measurable and relevant objectives for the business.  The objectives will be consistent with our Quality Policy and Quality Goal and be related specifically to:

•  Minimizing error rates to under 5%
•  Maximizing on-time delivery to over 95%

Closed Loop System

Our system is a Closed Loop ISO 9001:2008 QMS.  This concept is illustrated below as four pieces of a puzzle that fit together nicely to form the complete system.
